Anjali Bajaj, OCT, M.Ed., B.Ed., B.Sc.H.
Anjali is our lead consultant with a passion for working at the intersection of mental health and equity. Her close to 20+ years experience working in diverse educational environments in Ontario public and private schools; as well as abroad, has set the stage for AHINSA Leadership Collective to deliver leadership and training programs for both private organizations and public institutions.
Most recently, she has trained over 100 Ontario school administrators, at both the largest school board in Canada as well as at the Provincial level through the Ontario Principals’ Council. Anjali has proven to be an engaging and dynamic facilitator who roots her practice in being able to hold one another accountable while holding each other close. Through AHINSA Leadership Collective, Anjali offers 1:1 coaching and consulting, group workshops, and curated retreats to organizations, leaders and educators seeking sustainable ways to lead for justice.

“Anjali's genuine commitment to social justice and equity is clear and this is rare among administrators who often talk the talk without any depth of understanding or commitment to the principles of social justice. In particular, she is no stranger to stepping in and stepping up to address situations with sensitivity and awareness, turning difficult moments into learning opportunities for both students and staff. I appreciate the way she was supportive of my learning. ”
